Every Cyanide garment is produced with careful attention to detail. Due to the nature of garment production, slight variations in color, texture, stitching, distressing, wash, or finishing may occur. These are characteristics of the product and should not be considered defects.

Product images are intended as accurate representations; however, colors may appear differently depending on your monitor or device settings.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the selected currency and may change without prior notice.

Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government charges unless explicitly stated during checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable charges imposed by their local authorities.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

- Product unavailability
- Payment authorization failure
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity

If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

All payments are securely processed through our payment providers. Cyanide does not store your complete payment card information.

6. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within the timeframe displayed on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, courier services, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Cyanide.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, the responsibility for delivery rests with the courier.

7. Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or import charges depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, any return shipping costs, customs fees, or other related expenses may be deducted from any eligible refund.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Due to our limited production model, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Minor variations in fabric or finishing
- Delayed deliveries outside our control

Customers are encouraged to review the sizing information carefully before placing an order.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number. Approved claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Sizing

Garment measurements are provided for every product whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements before purchasing. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including but not limited to photographs, graphics, branding, logos, product designs, text, videos, and visual assets is the property of Cyanide and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
